Valentines Photoshooting Live Brief






On February, I organize a shooting with a model agency and a shop in order to promote their products of Valentine’s day.  The shop asks me to send the photos in order to do an album for their website and their Facebook page. Also, the agency wants the photos in order to do a magazine for their work. Also, we are agreed that some photos I can used them for my portfolio.

The role of the models is to promote the products of the shop.

The difficulties that i found in this shooting is the sun because the shooting is scheduled to be in the morning when the sun is not appropriate for the shooting.
Because it is central Nicosia there are a lot of people that visit this place and I found difficulties to found an appropriate locations to do the shooting.

Live Brief This is the workshop that we are doing in my class in order to use colour gels, to know light  metering, and to get experienced for the position of lights.  For the use of the workshop my lecturer hire a hair designer and make-up artist in order to do  professionally the make-up and the hair design for the model. Also, my lecturer hires a model from  the model agency in order to do the workshop. These photos will be used for my portfolio and also for the magazine of the model's agency. Here are some final photos from the shooting: The difficulties that we found is to find the appropriate lighting to do the  shooting and this take a lot  of time and also we take a lot of time lose in order to be ready the model from the make-up artist  and the hairdresser.
